Classic Massages
Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage
During a deep tissue massage, a firmer pressure is used and more specific attention is paid to muscle knots or trigger points. First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention. Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level. Once you are ready, your therapist begins by warming your muscles with light compressions. Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and vibration and regularly checks to ensure that the pressure is firm enough. As trigger points are located, direct pressure is applied to release the knots. After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary. If you have specific muscles or trigger points that need individual attention, a deep tissue massage can help ease tension, increase the range of motion, and relieve chronic pain.
Hot Stone Massage
This indulgent massage uses gently warmed basalt stones to allow your therapist to work deeper into the areas of concern. First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention. Then your therapist leaves the room to allow you to undress with complete privacy. Once you are ready, your therapist begins by placing the warmed stones on specific trigger points on your body. After your muscles are warmed, the therapist uses long strokes, circular movements, vibration, tapping and kneading to ease out all the knots in your body. At the end of your treatment, the therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary. Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a time-tested and invigorating treatment for stress and tension. First, oil is gently applied to the hair and scalp. Then your therapist warms your skin with long, flowing effleurage strokes. Next, your therapist carefully rubs and massages across the scalp, forehead, neck and shoulders. Reflexology

Then precise pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet that correspond to certain areas of the body. Detox/Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Traditional Thai Massage Balancing Holistic Therapies Reiki Healing
Reiki is a traditional, holistic and time-tested treatment for a wide range of ailments including anxiety, headaches, constipation, respiratory problems and fat digestion. After a full consultation, you undress to your comfort level and relax comfortably on the treatment table. Next, your therapist places their hand above energy lines in your body called meridians. Your therapist chooses which meridians to follow according to your symptoms. EAR TREATMENTS
Ear candling
Price - £45 Duration - 30 minutes
Ear candling is a practice found in a number of ancient cultures and is said to be effective at treating headaches, tinnitus, vertigo, stress and a host of other inflammations. An ear candle is a hollow cone usually made of linen, beeswax or soy wax that creates a vacuum in the ear in order to draw out any excess ear wax.
First, your therapist asks you to lie on your side and places a plate over your face and ear to stop the excess wax from burning you. Your therapist gently inserts one end of the candle into your ear at 90 degrees and lights the other end. The crackling sound of the burning candle relaxes your body and mind as the vacuum created draws out the ear wax from your inner ear. After 10-15 minutes, your therapist asks you to turn over and the same steps are done for your other ear. If you feel like your thoughts are foggy, ear candling can be a great way to clear your head.

Pin-straight eyelashes can go unnoticed. A lash lift opens up your eyes and adds length and body to your lashes.
First, your lash therapist places cotton pads over your lower eyelids then curved silicon pads are placed over your upper eyelid. A bonding solution is then brushed over the eyelashes, pushing them against the curved silicon pad. Next, your therapist checks for clumping and ensures that each of your lashes is equally spaced.
Then a perming solution is applied and left to process for around ten minutes. After that, the solution is removed and a neutralizer solution is applied and left to process. Next, your therapist removes your lashes from the silicon pad using a moist cotton swab and cleans your eyelids. A lash lift is a perfect treatment to make your lashes flutter and shine.
